Rewatched #heavymetal #heavymetal1981 #sobeautifulandsodangerous - Based on the graphic novel of the same name by #angusmckie I've read a few pages of it & it's very different from the movie. In the graphic novel it's more serious toned with some humor while in the movie it's more like an 80's raunchy comedy. There are two scenes near the end that are obviously switched. In the rough cut of the movie those scenes are in the right order. Why?! What happend?! And this is one of the reasons why I wish they would have released the rough cut as the final finished movie! It's not only that & the included deleted segment, but there are also added dialogues that where cut, a deleted scene from Captain Sternn & the order the stories are originally in actually makes much more sense!
