Steven and his apple cats! The apples are cats! There is a yellow one, a green one, and a red one!

Since I got those questions on strawpage, I realized that I don’t have any pics of the apple cats on Bluesky yet!

And now the other half-bushel is effectively in the same spot! Cameo in the front, McIntosh up above. All four cats are from the same litter, but adopted in pairs seven years apart.

The camera is tilted upward to catch two cats on elaborate cat furniture. A tall cat tree with platforms and sisal posts is in the foreground, with a gray and peach dilute tortoiseshell cat (Honeycrisp) peering intently at the camera. In the middle ground up high is a wooden catwalk the stretches the width of the room. A second cat, similar in appearance (Pippin) is sitting in the middle of the catwalk looking back toward the camera. In the background, the catwalk ends at a tall stack of white, brightly lit vivaria with plants visible inside.

This is easily the best photo I've managed to get of these two. It's like trying to photograph Bigfoot. Honeycrisp is the one up close on the cat tree; Pippin is up on the catwalk.
