I'd argue Rylen is poetic in some of his song writing. He takes a lot of poetic rules into his songwriting and often tries to make verses or the chorus follow a rhyme scheme of some kind.

Snipoet- I was already latched in position before I saw his can lurch to life unsteadily. It took him two attempts to properly latch, and I winced when I saw the load behind us forced to slow its maneuvering. My new partner's fumbling would cause a domino effect of tiny delays that could turn into a surprisingly long day for the entire crew, but I didn't point that out to him right now. He needed to do it right before I could push him to do it fast. "Locked on," I heard him chirp through my ear, and my display confirmed. "9 locked on," I echoed, "Tug team red is go." "Good morning, this is Captain Eyliss of the Polaris Eugenia. Checks completed, shield tight, cranks met, and all in position. Eugenia is go." "Ok kid," I muttered, switching to the private channel, "You buckled in? Wouldn't want you floating out of your seat." I heard a chuckle in response and smiled. "Alrighty then. Ungai, get us moving!" I shouted at the controller. There was a shudder and then, with a stomach-churning suddenness, I was on the other side of the vibro-curtain and I could feel the gravity give out, as if I was falling off a high ridge.

Rylen is kind to a fault. After getting sober and working through his trauma, he's chosen to be kind. Despite the people who hurt him, far more have been kind to him, and he'd rather pass that forward than the anger and vitriol that lives within him.
