Ro has Deep Blue pinned to the ground, lightning crackling in her hand. He looks up at her with a cocky grin. "You've put us in a scandalous position, upstart~" he nearly purrs.

His words don't register with Ro at first. She stares at him for a moment longer, lightning still crackling.

The confusion and fluster hit her all at once. The magic dissipates. Her form slackens. "W-what? I'm here to kick your ass, not flirt...!" she sputters. 'Is this guy TRYING to piss me off???' she can't help but wonder.

Tyrant didn't show up nearly fast enough to "save" this man from Ro.
