Rape accused TV actor Ashish Kapoor sent to 14 days of judicial custody Mumbai, Sep 6 (SocialNews.XYZ) Television actor Ashish Kapoor, who was arrested on charges of raping a woman during a house party in Delhi last month, has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody. The order for judicial custody was passed by the Tis Hazari court in the National Capital. The order stated that based upon further query from the Investigating Officer, during the police custody remand all the medical test of the accused have been conducted, he has been inquired about the entire chain of events that transpired, the places visited etc., however, the phone of the prosecutrix could not be recovered.

आशीष कपूर: टीवी एक्टर ने युवती के साथ बाथरूम में किया जबरन रेप! जानें दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहां से किया गिरफ्तार Delhi News: टीवी एक्टर आशीष कपूर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने एक युवती से बलात्संग के आरोप में पुणे से गिरफ्तार किया है। यह घटना अगस्त के दूसरे सप्ताह में एक हाउस पार्टी के दौरान घटी थी। पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया है कि कपूर ने बाथरूम के अंदर जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। 11 अगस्त को दर्ज इस मामले की एफआईआर के बाद आरोपी की तलाश शुरू हुई। इंस्टाग्राम पर हुई थी मुलाकात पुलिस जांच के अनुसार पीड़िता की आशीष कपूर से पहली मुलाकात इंस्टाग्राम पर हुई थी। इसके बाद वह दिल्ली में आयोजित एक हाउस पार्टी में शामिल हुई। पार्टी के दौरान ही यह विवादास्पद घटना घटी। पीड़िता ने यह भी दावा किया कि घटना की वीडियोग्राफी की गई थी। हालांकि पुलिस को अभी तक ऐसा कोई सबूत नहीं मिला है।
