Spring & it’s time to look out for #invasive #AsianHornets (Vespa velutina). Here are photos from France 2025 where they are well established.

ID is pretty easy. The shape of hornets or large wasps without the alternating stripes.

One thin stripe and a fuzzier band of yellow. Very yellow legs.
