#NYCDHS announced #CodeBlue yesterday, only at 7:26pm, but not yet today. It's in the 40s now, but a 28F low is forecast, and nights in the teens until at least Monday. Snow is to start falling Saturday night, with 10 inches expected in NYC by Monday. #AsleepAtTheWheel.
