This is my French loaf recipe. Once proved first time, divide into 16 rolls and leave for 30 mins to rise again. Bake for 18 mins at 190c fan. The loaves are very good too. My fav.

Today's bake. Sourdough, Swedish limpa rye, garlic herb sourdough, and Vietnamese baguettes. One of my coworkers said I'm doing better than the owner. I don't believe that for a second but I'm still very proud of my progress.
