Opposites do attract sometimes. Li'louvre, Lae'zel and Traytos all make a sort of triangle of opposites. But she is the whimsy air, chaotic and unchainable. They are both earth, rock solid. Though Traytos is the silent still kind, Lae'zel can be an earthquake.

I don't think of a "default" dynamic between Fin and Alex. I mean, of course they have height dynamic, and eternal loves (lovers in every lifetime), but I prefer something more "real". I think Fin and Alex are that kind of couple: The quiet one and the confident one.

But post-BG3, Dalamus & Gloria settle into a home together. They feel deeply for each other & it's obvious, but Gloria's reluctant to bring up marriage after what Dal went through--

As Nuri began to lead the way down the road once more, Rowan fell into step beside their new companion. “What did you say you did in Baldur’s Gate?” “I was a magistrate in the city,” Astarion said haughtily, looking Rowan’s stained chain mail up and down with a disdainful look in his eye.

Is there a point to this little interrogation?” “Just that I’m on to you.” Rowan smiled thinly at him and clapped a hand on his shoulder, squeezing just tight enough to hint at her full strength. “I saw the way you looked at the kid. Like she’s a mark and you’re about to take her for all she’s worth. Not sure about the specifics of what you’re planning, but fair warning: I know your type. I am your type. And if you try anything, I know a lot of creative ways to make you regret it.”

Gods, this is a stupid way to die. But suddenly Nuri was there.
The monk wrapped one hand around the elf’s wrist, the one with the knife, and twisted. As Rowan pulled out of his grasp, the elf turned to Nuri with a snarl on his lips—only to see her leveling his own dagger at him. Rowan chortled at the expression on his face. “That go how you planned?” she asked smugly. “Oh, it’s far from over,” the man hissed, pulling a second, smaller dagger from his belt. “I saw you both in the ship, wandering about while I was stuck in my pod. What did you and those tentacled freaks do to me? I—aaaaah.”
A vision filled Rowan’s mind. With a shock of recognition, she realized that she was seeing the streets of Baldur’s Gate—streets she had not walked in nearly a century. She was seeing them at night, crowded with merrymakers, as the pale elf wove his way through the crowds. He was seeking someone, drawing closer to them— The vision ended, and Rowan hissed in pain as her mind snapped back to the present. Across from her, the elf was holding a hand to his own head, clearly reeling from a vision of his own. “Gods. They took you too.” The man blinked and looked at Rowan with new eyes. “And to think I was ready to decorate the ground with your innards. Apologies.”
Last day of #BG3OCxOCWeek is "Dynamic." Rowan and Nuri are each others' scary dog privilege, as Astarion learned shortly after meeting them. Little drabble ahead! #nlansOCs
