Went to bed around 12, woke up around 4 with my bladder screaming at me. Used the toilet, tried to get back to sleep, no dice. Apparently I’m just hungry enough to outweigh the sleepy. Wonderful.

My Senior Whippet/Lab sleeps on our bed and has developed a bladder control problem. Gross. anyway, every day now I'm gonna have to get up at 4am to make sure she doesn't have to wait more than 4 hours between going out to pee!

Atm the warm weather gives me really problems sleeping well. I wake up in the middle of the night, have nightmares (really long ones though). Tried with some lighter sleeping pills (the stuff you get without prescriptions here) but not really successfully. Let's see how this night will be. #badsleep
