Today is Bananas Foster Day.
Bananas in butter & brown sugar & cinnamon, & rum & set aflame. Vanilla ice cream is involved, but I chose pancakes.
I went with a nonflammable virgin Foster as it was early & I didn’t think I should be playing with matches.

In the process of making bananas foster. Pilfered cast iron pan earning its keep. Mind the stove that wouldn't even get a F should a health inspector happen by.
Bananas foster on an oat milk based vanilla ice cream. I even added walnuts, which I'm typically not fond of. The spoon used is also moderately pilfered, a friend left it and has never taken it back.
Of course we do bananas foster as a post gym treat.
