Rosalinda is hyper-aware of the fact that she could die at any moment. Life for a sorcerer in #Baneverse is one of hyper surveillance, control, and isolation. Apart from a reasonable desire to live, she wants to connect with others and be empathetic.

Kishōtenketsu (Japanese 4-act) emphasizes on contrast and twist, not conflict, which is an approach I tried to use when exploring who the characters are through slice-of-life exercises. #Baneverse will have plenty of "downtime" moments, but these will be just as important for emotional reflection.
I'm trying a new approach, one that focuses concentric resonance around my MC, thematic orbits, and emotional topography.
