The last couple of pics from our local grandprix (not the Silverstone one). The Ferrari dominated and looked great. I just couldn't get a really crisp shot of it, but I had to include it. The Toyotas had a really deep rumble, great sound.

Last of the supercars. 20 ok shots out of 100s 😅 Panning is fun, trying to go slower and slower with the shutter speed. 90% shots are blurred or only half a car, but if you get it right it's magical 👍 At lot of these are still a bit soft. Might head to the track tomorrow.

The Porsches were favourites, absolute beasts screaming round the road circuit - a sound you hear with your whole body. The Lambo had the best acceleration - these pics are at a chicane and the noise it made after getting through was incredible. The Merc looked good but was dull.

I only found one open spot without the metal grill in front of spectators along the edge of the circuit. Quite hard to get good shots these days... much less fencing in the early years of this event - and much less safe back then! So, I just practiced my panning shots 😄
