He relayed that he once got pulled over by a cop while driving. The officer said the only reason he'd pulled him over was to tell the farmer that it was the ugliest truck he'd ever seen. 😅

A huge pile of logs and tree limbs occupies the right side of the picture frame. A picker truck is working at the distant far end of the pile.

Seen near the TN / NC border last month. This is part of just one massive pile of logs pulled from the French Broad River following last year's hurricane. The amount of damage to that region is staggering.

A white concrete building with no roof, and two window openings on the side. Debris from flooding is gathered underneath each window, and scattered on the nearby ground. The ground is covered in sand deposits, creating the appearance of a desert-like scene.

Original spa facility in Hot Springs, NC. This structure has been defunct for many years, but last year's floods deposited massive quantities of sand all around.

Even for a toy camera, these are super grainy. It's a cool aesthetic if you temper your expectations. If I were to do portraits on this film, I'd stick with the 120 format. #BelieveInFiIm #RetroUWS

We inherited Tommy after both of my dad's parents died. Tommy would follow my dad around the yard like a puppy as he worked on vehicles (my dad, that is - not the cat - extra digits notwithstanding).

Four half submerged trees are reflected in a glassy reservoir, their bare branches swept in the same direction, perhaps resembling dancing or marching Ents. The image is busy and a little difficult to make out with so many greens and browns and layers.

I’m loosing track of where I’m posting what 😂 – I had high hopes for this image but it’s too busy. Someone described it as an Ent dance which was interesting!
