I'm upgrading the plant lights in my office and took the opportunity to design better HSW connectors for drywall screws because why not hang some hexagons on the ceiling, too!

A basket to mount an iFixIt Pro Tool kit to the wall. It has a grid of Hexagons (the Bestagons!) cut out of the walls and the iFixIt logo on the front, and holes in the back to screw to the wall. Or in my case, attach fasteners to it to connect to the hexagon pegboard.

#Hexagons are the #bestagons

3x3 grid of images of a variety of orange backed mini hexagons, faced with an assortment of fussy cut chicken faces, beaks, and combs - and of feathers and other texture. Some are stacked, neatly clipped on the edges in a bowl waiting to be hand sewn, and others are completed. A roll orange variegated thread is in one corner, and another has piles of pre-cut but otherwise unworked fabric waiting for assembly. All the chicken parts have a unsettling aura although they are just selections of a naturalistic illustration style of various chickens & roosters.

I may as well share some of my own quilt progress here as well; this is a project that swiftly earned the working title "Chicken Horror".

So far, I'm around 36 hexis done with nearly 100 more to go.
