I'm not talking about data that would be collected in winter. I presume there is existing data on #Montréal #BikePath use that spans several years. This data can be evaluated during the winter when #BikePaths are not used that much, nor are they built in the winter.

During the winter, when few people use bike paths, Ensemble Montréal can evaluate the #BikePath situation based on existing statistics.

I don't know exactly what they want to do, but I don't believe they're against #BikePaths in principle.

An audit is reasonable.
