This morning I completed my first ever Duathlon, guided (and tandem piloted) by Mike..

10km run ✅
40km cycle ✅
5km run ✅

It was a brilliant event and really well organised.

I know it’s not about time (and always about enjoyment) but sometimes it’s nice to get a ‘good’ (for me) time 🏃‍♀️
