Read the 5th & final issue of the miniseries #punisherredband This was a great mini comicbook series & a great comeback for The Punisher! Rewatched Lobo: The Web Series. They actually planned to do a Lobo spinoff series from the DCAU/Timmverse universe with Brad Garrett returning as the voice of The Main Man himself, plus having Linda Hamilton voicing Darlene the waitress & William H. Macy voicing Al, the owner of Al's Diner from the comics. But sadly it never took off & it got cancelled, so instead we got this web series, which also works as an interactive game. You can tell it's from the early 2000's, the animation looks like it was made from Newgrounds (remember that website?), but it follows the 90's comic with its over the top violence & gore. Rewatched a walkthrough of #scarfacetheworldisyours I've actually played this game but I didn't get far. Need to replay this game again. This one is a so called What If? sequel - What If Scarface didn't end like it originally did? Al Pacino sadly doesn't voice Tony Montana in the game because both he & the game developers thought his voice was too old for the character now, but Pacino handpicked the new voice actor for Montana, which is André Sogliuzzo. And Sogliuzzo does a really good Montana impression & voice! 👍 Both Steven Bauer & Robert Loggia from the movie voices in the game too, except Loggia voices as a narrator & Bauer voices a new character called The Sandman. I just found out that a game sequel was planned, but it got cancelled. Watched a #walkthrough of #teslaeffectatexmurphyadventure The 6th Tex Murphy game. Who would have believed that a FMV (Full Motion Video) game would make a comeback (very short lived though) in 2014! After Overseer there where plans for more Tex Murphy games, but after Access Software (the company behind the franchise) where bought by Microsoft the plans never took off because of the series' declining sales and the decline of interest in adventure games as a whole. It's better than the 3rd movie & VHS 99 in comparison, but it's not a favorite like VHS 94 & 85. Though that version is the most common version to find nowadays so there's no problem there 😉 When the movie was released back in the day it was heavily cut by MPAA, mostly because it was released after John Lennon had been murdered. And because of MPAA's dumbass bullshit cutting (MPAA god damn sucks!!!) this one became a box office disappointment & because of that Paramount Pictures declined the director #georgemihalka 's idea for a sequel in 2001! The band with the same name took their name from this movie. There's even a 3D remake from 2009, but I doubt the 3D-effects where any good at all. Though it was originally called "Revenge of Bigfoot", but they changed the title when it turned out that the Bigfoot movie genre (which was popular in the 70's) was starting to not being popular anymore. Or they could have called it "Night of the Monster" instead since Bigfoot is more of a monster than a demon! The movie was originally less gory, but the producer shot & added some gory kill scenes without the director knowing & this is one of the rare moments where the producer did something right! Not only are the gore kills hilarious & memorable, but without it the movie would have been boring! It's been said that Todd negotiated a bonus of 1000 dollars for every bee sting he suffered during filming, but according to the director it was all an urban myth and that it has no basis in fact.
