Maurice Richard Josey, assisted by his son, John, did the mosaics in the baptistry (blue are in photo) at Middlesex Hospital Chapel in 1935.
The hospital has since been demolished but the chapel, a grade 2 listed building, remains as Fitzrovia Chapel.
