Day 2 of #CEPRParis2025 is underway. This morning’s programme featured parallel sessions on monetary economics, growth and innovation, European economic policy, fintech, sovereign debt, banking, and trade.

Day 1 ended with a discussion of the recommendations of the 3rd Paris Report and highlighted the 4 pillars necessary for global action on climate change: tiered carbon coalition, conditional climate finance, green industrial partnerships, and nature equity markets.

10 years have passed since the #ParisAgreement. Sabine Mauderer @bundesbank.de presented her keynote on going beyond COP30 and how we take climate policy from negotiation to implementation. Her advice? Prioritise practical solutions involving the real economy.
