➡️ Just got back from five days at #CHI2026 in Barcelona, and I am still sorting through notes and a long list of papers I want to read properly!
It was nice to see so many familiar faces again, people I usually only run into at conferences like CHI, and to meet new ones along the way.

Last week, our workshop on AI red teaming and evaluations was presented at #CHI2026 in Barcelona! The ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) CHI conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems is the leading international conference on Human-Computer Interaction.

Ended up overnight in Frankfurt due to *slow planes*. Made the most of it at the grocery!

The first PoliSim workshop at #CHI2026 was a huge success! We saw incredible interest from researchers across diverse domains, with attendance nearly filling one of the largest rooms at the venue.

If you were an author at #CHI2026, I encourage you to look up the podcast for your session and see for yourself whether these are summaries you'd be willing to stand behind. Curious to know if this is a one-off, but I suspect it won't be.
I had heard people at #CHI2026 say that they didn't want AI-generated podcasts to be made on top of their work. While this perspective is totally understandable, I thought the podcasts could potentially be useful. But after looking up one of mine, I can't believe this feature was allowed to launch.
It has been a whirlwind of groundbreaking research, thought-provoking workshops, and invaluable networking. #CHI2026
