View down a Victorian Arcade in central Wrexham, red and cream tiled floor, original window frontage, objects placed along it's length by the few occupants. There are paper decorations & artificial flowers suspended from the glass roof which is mostly obscured

#CentralArcade or #HopeStreetArcade #Wrexham opened in 1891 & has had several changes since then. It's #GradeIIListed & some shops are occupied but the roof glass is partly obscured by the copious paper & flower decorations. It provides access from Hope St to the #ButchersMarket

And when I say I hope Central Arcade is preserved, I mean for the public.

The building is listed, but I hope the arcade remains open as a public thoroughfare, even if shops or businesses can't be found to take the place of Windows.
