Local charities to collect Christmas trees Christmas tree collection services will be available again this year, organised by various local charities including Diverse Abilities and Lewis Manning. They ll be running separate collection schemes using volunteers across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole postcodes. Trees will be recycled responsibly, with funds supporting people with disabilities and those living with life limiting illnesses. Residents are being urged to book collections in advance to take part. In addition, Castlepoint Shopping Centre is offering a free tree dtop-off point till January the 14th.
