Why is #ChasingNala sleeping on the edge of the bed like this?

I don’t know of any pet that refuses to bark when left outside except for my #ChasingNala

It’s the most infuriating thing about her.

This how I know #ChasingNala is a #Cat at heart!

She has never picked a stick or fetched anything!

One time at the airport while boarding, a toddler was throwing a fit and his parents looked so exasperated that I took #ChasingNala to him and he immediately stopped crying and played with her.

Not another peep on the flight either cuz she was there.

Anywho…I was a good mommy and went to the store to get my #ChasingNala her fav snack at 10:00PM.

I’m getting manipulated by my dog #ChasingNala. For whatever reason she doesn’t want to sleep in bed.

I guess she prefers the couch cuz she been relentless with her big beautiful eyes staring at me and forcing me to sleep downstairs.

My #ChasingNala rarely used to shed, now it’s everywhere.

A very malnourished skinny #cat crossed the rode while I was driving.

I HAD to pull over and check on it. It looked so hungry and beat up, I couldn’t leave it there, so brought it home with me and #ChasingNala

Now hiding under the sofa but plenty of food and water readily available for it.

The other day, while walking my dog #ChasingNala , I strike up a conversation with this older Black man in front of his yard.

Him: What made you stop and talk to me?

Me: You're Black.

On the fence about going to a water park with my sisters and their kids or just stay home with #ChasingNala.

While walking with #ChasingNala, #Girlmoon called my attention to a little slug on the sidewalk.

Me: We shld be careful never to hurt if we can...

Before I can even finish that sentence, she rolls her stroller over it with such glee...

Her: It was an "accident!"

I saw Damien, y'all.

The competition #Girlmoon has with #ChasingNala to get my attention or sit next to me is NEXT level.

We live in the same planet but different worlds: #Gaza #Congo #ForcedDeportations #legalbattles and #Sudan so much pain and suffering as some of us get to #sunbathe attend #concerts and go on about our everyday lives.

A fork in the road

This girl turned back away from home and walked back 3 blocks from our main St.

This was me saying enuf is enuf and forcing #ChasingNala to turn back.

The standoff: I almost lost.

My dog #ChasingNala has lost her mind. She just kept wanting to walk and not go home.

We’re so far from home in a different neighborhood and I’m just letting her lead.

She can’t possibly know her way back this far.

My dog #ChasingNala is getting older and my niece #Girlmoon is at a critical age of personal development.

The chance to have spent ALL my time with them is/was priceless. Like a retired person, I had no other obligations for over a year.

And such blessings cannot go unspoken.

In the midst of this horrible administration's return to office and its dismantling of essential resources, individual rights and fascist police kidnappings...

It feels selfish to say on a personal note how blessed I have been; above all grateful for the time with #Girlmoon and #ChasingNala.

Walking with #ChasingNala, this guy passing muttered something and I asked him to repeat it.

Him: Do you have any shard or know where I can get some?
Me: I'm sorry but what is that??
Him: Crystal meth.

I was taken back and started laughing, saying "No, I don't."

Him: I meant no disrespect.

Turned out to be a cat🐈.

I can’t imagine not knowing where #ChasingNala was and getting this news…my heart hurts💔😢

My baby #ChasingNala doesn’t like being watched while she’s eating.

I’ve never won an argument with #ChasingNala.

I don’t even know why I bother with “I said No!”

Finally, we turn a corner back to the house and she pauses and finally I walk to her car and is like, "why the fuck are you following us?" she don't say nothing.

I take #ChasingNala and #Girlmoon in the house and come back out and walk to her car, btw she had a medium size dog barking up a storm.

Called the police yesterday to report a lady in the neighborhood who was following me and my #Girlmoon and #ChasingNala in her car talking about, "Go back to your country."

Why? Cuz #ChasingNala wasn't on a leash, and she peed on her lawn.

I didn't have my phone, and she did and was taping.

White people and their "leash" laws can go fuck 'emselves.

my #ChasingNala doesn't need a leash cuz she's better behaved that any toddler.

It's not my fucking fault that your dogs go berserk when she comes around.

This is a fate I can live with when it comes to my #ChasingNala

Veterinary clinics need to be regulated.

Why are routine visits costing so different?

$75, $80, $85 and $125 for the same exam.

I need to go back to #ChasingNala reg. clinic.
