When I started out in this business I had a very complicated pricing structure based on the level of security, whether it needed to look like an accident etc. After a few years, inspired by airlines, I narrowed it down to just two flat rates: you can pay a significant premium to have the option to cancel and get some of your money returned, or pay less and know there is no turning back. I figured some people would pay the premium, cancel, and I'd get free money, but they rarely do - the cheapskates are usually the ones with regrets. #BubbleDrabbles
