A comic by StarBoyWebcomics posted April 3, 2026. Frame 1: The Artist, hands on temples, stars at a computer, saying, “83 days. I've made at least one comic a day for 83 days. Is it day 84 that will defeat me?” Frame 2: “Spawn!” The Artist says, approaching children with a slightly manic grin, “Is there anything I can use in YOUR Star Boy comics?” The smaller child says, “La la la. La la la.” while the larger child says, “Star Boy will slaughter us!” with a footnote saying, “actual quote” Frame 3: The Artist kneels on the floor by pages covered in childlike Star Boy drawings, hands on temples and staring upwards in despair. Star Boy peeks into the scene, saying, “Everyone needs to take a break sometimes.” “No!” The Artist says. “I can come up with a comic! There MUST be something here!” “I didn't mean YOU,” Star Boy says. “Everyone ELSE needs a break from your comics.” Frame 4: The Artist, banging head against the computer in despair, says, “Must. Make. Comic...” “Here's an idea,” Star Boy says, still peeking into the scene, “you could give up!” “Aha!” says The Artist. “I can make THIS a comic!” “Oh my stars,” Star Boy says, “will it never end?”
