This time, I've been doing #ChiRunning and it's been amazing. It not only has kept me from injuring myself, it relaxes my legs, ankles, and feet while I run.
It really is. I love the philosophy behind it, too. I took half of the instructor course, but knew I wouldn't teach it. Might still finish the other half because I learned it so much more in depth. #runchat #chirunning
Love #chirunning - I jumped in in February and started practicing it. Slowed my pace by 2-3 minutes per mile to learn posture and breathing and incorporate the changes. It’s been a game changer.

One of the best things I have learned from both #ChiRunning and #meditation is to rest within movement. It's more important now than ever. Use only the energy you need for the activity. I get sucked into the hype as much as anyone, but then I remember equanimity. Peace within action is power.
