This time last year we were well into our #LoneCone #ChristmasCone campaign highlighting the number of abandoned, left behind traffic cones.
Unfortunately, a great many cones in #Colchester are still sitting lonely, unloved and ignored this #Christmas.
Spare them a thought...
'This Christmas Eve, I'm sad and grieve; let's meet somehow. While fate I had can wait, let me, my maker, see. I now impart my heart- this... Seek and ye shall find a song for you.'

'What can I give Him
Poor as I am?
If I were a shepherd, I would give a lamb
If I were a wise man, I would do my part
Yet what I can, I give Him
Give my heart...'

"Father does not see my mournful sad tears, that fall on his mossy stone ... oh, my broken heart bleeds."

'I'd give anything to see
A little Christmas tree
And to hear, hear the laughter
Of children playing in the snow...'

'Will this ever be over?
'Excuse me, is there someone there?'
'Has there ever been anyone other than me here for that matter?'
Hello??
