One nice thing about today: I had the freedom to go to @cinnaholic.bsky.social which serves all #vegan products - chiefly giant #cinnamonrolls. They just opened one in an otherwise cursed store space a block and a half from my home. And today I found out they have COFFEE. Perfection.👌 #cinnaholic

Those people will live really close to a very crowded CTA station (Belmont). Classic buildings will be replaced by a crappy looking building. They won't smell like #cinnamonrolls. This could have been built somewhere else.

I discovered a new hack! Cut the rolls BEFORE you roll them. I wish I knew this sooner. I had such a hard time cutting them before. I tried the dental floss and a sharp knife, but I never really liked how they turned out. #baking #cinnamonrolls
