4 oz Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Home Made Grenadine
Carbonate in an Omnifizz (or similar)
Serve in a Collins glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of dried apple

The Jasmine: 45ml Dry gin 22.5ml fresh lemon juice 7.5ml Campari 7.5ml tripel sec 5ml simple syrup (2-1 sugar to water) Shake everything over ice before straining into a glass with a twist of lemon as a garnish.
