#ConlangApril 6. Let's talk orthography. You could discuss either: - a script used by the speakers themselves. How do they record knowledge and messages for posterity, if at all? Clay, stone or wooden tablets? Parchment, papyrus or paper? Digitally? - a transcription you use in your conlanging notes or in the story that doesn't exist in world. In either case, does it use an alphabet, syllabary or logograms? If you've developed it, what are the specific characters used? For phonemic writing systems, what phonemes do these characters correspond to? Is it one-to-one? hosted by @miwwdu-sitsom.bsky.social
