Sounds huge... like saving a rainforest, right? But what I really was describing were two product leaders who just couldn't hear each other. There was this flawless, beautiful technical plan for a project. It had zero bugs, zero technical debt. The roadmap was perfect. But it stalled for three months. Why? "Misaligned incentives" between two organizations, each chasing a conflicting metric. Itโs not a technical failure; it's Chad and Brenda not sharing the metric pie. Only replace Chad with Andrey... The brilliant solution? "๐๐ฆ๐ญ๐ช๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ญ๐บ ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฃ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ." But that's just a corporate euphemism for forcing two people to have an awkward, expensive conversation. The new 80/20 rule: 20% ๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ก๐๐จ๐จ ๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ฃ, 80% ๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ก๐ฉ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐จ๐๐๐ง๐. ๐คฃ The AI can write your code, but it canโt solve your inability to get along.
