Hubble Space Telescope image of spiral galaxy NGC 613, showcasing a supernova (SN 2016gkg) captured by amateur astronomer Victor Buso in its earliest optically observed stage. Inset shows before & after images from Buso's telescope, highlighting the newly appeared supernova. The discovery was incredibly rare, likened to winning the lottery.
