I am now in week 4 of a #couchto10k program I randomly found on Pinterest. It took me 3 weeks before I could run without a stitch in my side, and this week I figured out it worked out better to run at a set pace.It's...somewhat decent now? Music really helps #beginnerrunning #running.

Where to start when you’re not a couch potato but you’ve not run in months🤔 (except a Parkrun a week ago to see how it felt)..back at the beginning I guess. Day 5 of training for a 10K: rest day. My knee was swollen last night so I used the RICE method to take care of it. I don’t want to push myself into injury. Running days will now be Thursday and Saturday this week. #running #slowrunner #couchto10k
