Approx. 500,000 people in the UK living with IBD. And it's currently a postcode lottery as to who is involved in your care team. My IBD nurse retired&hasn't been replaced. I've never had a dietician,I've never had psychological support. And my consultant has retired. #crohnsandcolitisawareness #uc
