Life with #Crohns YTD woke up feeling great even told a neighbor that I was having a happy day. Ate dinner and chilling watching TV when extreme nausea hit. By 9 puking my guts out horrible intestinal cramping fell asleep about 12. Diarrhea started around 6 am
