It seems like #CorrectionsCanada is making a habit of moving dangerous offenders from maximum security prisons to medium security. #DellenMillard is serving 3x life sentences and while incaserated he was convicted in 2023 of stabbing another inmate in 2021.

Could this have anything to do with the fact that he’s wealthy? The man is a serial killer. His remaining life should be as uncomfortable as possible. Send him back to maximum security.
