Also known as spoon mustard, Tatsoi can be eaten raw in salads, cooked in stir-fries or soups, or used as a spinach substitute. It has been planted out after a gentle start in the sowing tunnel and is flourishing ๐

๐These solitary #bees are fantastic #pollinators๐ for the farm. The females line the nesting tubes before laying 5-10 eggs per tube. Their eggs will lay dormant until summer 2026.๐โป
