Today my #RSD has been terrible. It is tanking my mood. I got out for a walk and am sitting in my garden to try and help. There is about a solid inch of frozen dirt today so I can't put in fertilizer but I am hoping I can tomorrow before the rain starts.

Yesterday was in the 60s and this morning it is -1. That causes a lot of chronic pain issues to flare up. Chronic pain issues can tank mental health quickly. To anyone else who is dealing with the same I hope things improve for you!
