This morning I did some bird watching. I got a few pictures of bluejays and startlings that came to visit. They are starting to copy the call I have been doing when I toss seeds. Birds are so much better than people

I am feeling calmer today. I am going for a walk when I finish flushing some water through my coffee maker. I may try going to the store if I think I can handle it. Without the anxiety that I have been dealing with I shouldn't have to worry about explosive emotions.

There is Construction going on by my house. It feels like they are using a pile driver. The #anxiety I am having is bringing up earthquake bullshit from childhood. I am also dealing with energy I can't logically explain due to the warm days lately kicking my need to be outside.

7 am and my #Anxiety has been going for hours. The #Depression is finally letting up a bit. My house is spotless, I have done a ton of cooking and spent a ton of time bird watching. I plan to go on a walk soon.

The weather has my arthritis flared this morning. I started today preparing my soup. I am doing it mostly in the crockpot because I have things I need to do. Its got me all anxious and feeling overwhelmed. My mind is torn between doing the things and procrastinating

I got home from doing laundry and the depression is still bad. I have been letting myself obsessively clean and I went out to feed the birds until I got cold. I'm making a freezer meal for lunch and maybe a salad. Really trying all my coping skills today

Doing laundry this morning and hoping to dodge the rain on the way home. Doing it at 6:30 am the laundry mat is quiet and empty. I am still lacking bandwidth and I don't want to interact with people in person. Trauma response depression sucks

This morning I am finding myself stuck in #WaitingMode. I decided to feed the birds while I'm waiting for my ride. I'm still dealing with depression, RSD and anxiety that started days ago. If my appointment wasn't needed I would stay home. This morning sucks

I got the store run done. I am taking a break before I got to dig out the dirt in my planters so I can rearrange them. Idk how much progress I will make in the garden before it rains but I need something to help with my depression today.

Today my #RSD has been terrible. It is tanking my mood. I got out for a walk and am sitting in my garden to try and help. There is about a solid inch of frozen dirt today so I can't put in fertilizer but I am hoping I can tomorrow before the rain starts.

Yesterday was in the 60s and this morning it is -1. That causes a lot of chronic pain issues to flare up. Chronic pain issues can tank mental health quickly. To anyone else who is dealing with the same I hope things improve for you!
