They have been living on the street because they have no $ and nowhere to stay. A few days ago, they were attacked while sleeping and woke up to the attacker cutting their hair. It is extremely dangerous for them to continue living outside. Last month, they were being exploited in exchange for a roof over their head. Police confirmed that this experience is considered “modern slavery”. Donisha urgently needs community support for safe housing + food & basic needs!
