inclusion Inclusion isn’t optional—it’s an ongoing responsibility. We must continually re-evaluate our efforts towards equity. Every decision I make will account for all students’ needs.
investigation I will listen and take your concerns seriously. I’ll ask tough questions, share the answers, and work to understand what’s really happening in our schools. When the system isn’t serving students, I won’t hesitate to challenge the status quo.
