Image shows the "Doug Flag" or as it is more commonly known, the proposed Flag of Cascadia. A nation which would be made up of the (then) former states of Washington, Oregon and California, sometimes with British Columbia. The image consists of 3 horizontal colored bands, top slate blue, center off white, bottom Fir tree green. A mature Evergreen tree is centered, vertically & horizontally, in dark green and black ink.
