Impressed by the range of model organisms mentioned at #EMBOplantEvo - Physcomitrium, Chlamydomonas, Marchantia, various Streptophytes, Draparnaldia, Closterium, Ricciocarpus, Ectocarpus (not a plant!). Arabidopsis barely gets a look-in, and Marchantia is *everywhere*...
