A selfie - exhilarated after first skate in over forty years.
Legs like jelly when I came off the rink, so it must have been an intense workout. Didn’t notice at the time as I was concentrating on staying up right!
M.E crash afterwards for 36 hours- so cardio exercise not so good for M.E/CFS. Worth it though!

First skate in over forty years. So lucky to have a rink nearby. Utterly exhilarating-and although my style and form were (very) questionable, I stayed upright.
