I use avocados in most of the dishes I make (at the last minute to a lot of one-skillet rice based meals as I live and mostly cook alone.) There're some intriguing ideas in this 🧵.

On a white Scooby-Doo Snacks plate (in case you were wondering) rests a freshly cooked meal of steak, crimini mushrooms (aka baby bellas) & fresh asparagus. A knife and fork rest on the edge in anticipation of consumption. 

OP would like you to know that it was delicious, and if ordered out in a restaurant would have cost at least twice what was paid for it by preparing it at home.

I chose to watch an episode of "Young Sheldon" while I ate my lunch and of course, it was the ONE episode (gods I hope there aren't more) that FElon was in. 🤦

Recipe for Aunti Jade’s Easy Fresh French Fries

Air fry or convection oven at 400°F; fan set to medium if that’s an option approximately 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

•	(3) 3 to 4” long RED potatoes, cleaned w/eyes removed; keep skin on
•	1 T Olive or Avocado oil (preferred)
•	Desired DRY seasoning (I use Umami & a chili-type mix if you want spicy.
•	A ½ gallon baggie or a plastic bag or a bowl with a lid

1.	Clean, trim potatoes
2.	Cut into long strips by cutting potatoes lengthwise and halving. (better if not too thin)
3.	Put in container, add oil and seasoning.
4.	Cover/close and shake
5.	Put on lightly oiled foil if in convection oven; not necessary if using air fryer
6.	Fry/Bake using above guidelines but basing it on your oven
7.	Remove from oven, lightly salt if desired. Enjoy!

Notes: You might have to run a test batch to test timing. Quantity can vary by size of potatoes & number of servings desired. Appreciate how much $ you have saved by doing this yourself, not to mention how fresh and delicious they are. Also, Red potatoes are better than baking potatoes, but this will also work for sweet potatoes, just watch your timing so be sure to do a test run.

In this order, bottom to top: Fresh griddled garlic bread (w/butter), topped w/herbed soft cheese, garlic pepper bacon, fresh tomato slices, salmon w/garlic & olive oil, sauteed crimini mushrooms, onion & fresh asparagus.
