I was back at Dram bar last night for the launch of @cotswoldsdistill.bsky.social Harvest Series No. 4, Wychwood Harvest.

It's an absolute belter.

Perfect neat even at 50% ABV. 1,500 bottles released. RRP £100, so it's not your everyday dram, but one taste and you'll wish it was.

Chase family revives farmhouse distillery with Rosemaund single malt whisky launch Distilling will resume at Rosemaund Farm in 2026

Chase is back - sort of. The family has bought back its casks and distillery from Diageo and relaunched as Rosemaund Whisky. Its first release - a 10yo single malt - is coming soon and they will begin distilling again next year.
