Set against a starry night sky with a blue-green nebula, the Envoy of Aedyr, Stell, cuddles with the aumaua, Kai, beneath the literal cover of night. Stell has the fungal growths of her godlike nature, which appear as orange-tipped green branches growing from her head like a crown, as well as reddish gilled mushrooms around her eyes in place of eyebrows. She has bright blue, luminous freckles, light brown skin flushed pinker, and dark brown/black hair. She wears an orange breast-band. Kai has blue and green scales, and is blushing slightly purple. His eyes are yellow-orange set in a dark blue sclera. Around his neck is an undone red bandana and a carved whale pendant. He wears his iconic leather vest open. Behind them is a moon-like, textured orange halo. Stell cradles Kai’s jaw as she reclines against him, while Kai is holding her elbow and back. They have eyes only for each other.
