I’m really pleased for Coventry and Frank Lampard. It may have not worked out for him as our manager but I’m still appreciative of what he did to keep us up and it’ll be nice to welcome him to Bramley-Moore when we play them next season.

And Lampard has matured into a good manager, thought they got it wrong when they sacked Mark Robins, but he got them over the hump.

I was at Warwick Uni (basically in Coventry) hosting the sports show on student radio the last time Coventry were in the Premier League.
25 years on I cannot wait for them to be back.
