The #estradot shortages continue to bite. The private pharmacies now look to be out of the 100 patch but I am seeing more availability of the 50 patch although it remains like The Hunger Games trying to get them.

Ok, this Estradot shit is wild. Problematic batches are still being found and of course I happen to be using some - batch #17394 (50mg).

This should be bigger news because there are many women suffering right now; not only physically, but mentally.

Just had a very polite disagreement with a pharmacist who told me that I needed to get my prescription for #estradot reissued for #estraderm because it is unavailable. I do not have to do that. Community Pharmacy England has authorised a substitution for Estraderm until the end of the month.

So glad to see these wee #HRT #Estradot patches back in stock after a looooong shortage - smaller patch of yucky black adhesive to clean now😜

And yes I know there's a bubble but hey listen living with #T1D nearly 50 years I may as well have a PhD in attempting 🫧 elimination😂 #IFKYK

Gotta say that #Estradot remains the best product on the market for me - small surface area on the 100 patches so less chance of a bad skin reaction but if you also have sensitive skin and are looking for an alternative then Estraderm is worth a go.

Quick sleet for anyone on #hrt who was using #estradot and is now affected by the shortages. I got given Estraderm as a substitute and found that I did not get a skin reaction provided I sprayed my skin with Pirinase nasal spray first. Let the spray dry before applying the patch.
